Since 6 years "Alfa-Horse" offers hacks, riding
lessons and guided pony riding. Our season lasts from April until end of October. Up to now we offer our facilities only to tourists.

| After my horse-crazy "life-partner" became an "ex life-partner" I cut back the stables acitivites, furthermore I have a different scheme of life for my future. This is the reason to plan out sale. I am looking for an investor from UK or middle of Europe because I want to feel myself confident that my horses and ponies change in good hands (else I could sell to Greek "animal lovers" at any time). Further, the introduction phase is already done; the concept provides to an insider-investor the requirements to realize above overage growth. | |

The
offer is developable, e. g. special youth vacations, tend camp, own
accomodations, carriage-rides with a stop for refreshment, riding offers
to insular, more advertising, and so on. To bring along own horses is simple possible. We have contact to a reliable horse forwarder who handles horse transports from UK to Greece. There is no real horse breeding in Greece. You find only old jumping horses from Athens race course on the market. |

Please note: The surrender of the horses is possible on a realistic price base. The main investments are belonging to the infrastructure (ground & buildings).
